Search Terms
A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the independent provider that operates that tool. Newton County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its handling of the query.
Messages
If you send an email or contact-form message, we retain it as needed to answer. We do not share that message outside the organization unless a legal duty requires disclosure.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Standard web systems may record technical information when a page loads, including:
